We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Orders received between Monday - Friday must be placed by 10am PST to begin processing the same day. These orders are typically processed within 2 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown at the cost shopping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Once orders have left the INSPR Beauty warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. At this point, INSPR Beauty no longer makes any adjustments regarding to the package.
- USPS, Fedex AND UPS recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost.

If a tracking# is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your INSPRBeauty.com purchase of any regular priced items, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Sale items and purchases using discount codes are all final sale.
1. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your refund request and order number to obtain a Return Authorization #.
- We will not process any returns without the Return Authorization #.
2. Package your return item(s) in a well-padded package to prevent damage in transit.

- We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
- We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
4. Include in your package a printed copy of your email with our Returns Department.
5. Please also write your RA# on the outside of your package before mailing.
Processing time for returns takes up to 14 days from the time the return is received.
We regret that we cannot accept exchanges at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective products.
